Existing Building Surveys and As-Built Drawings

FAQ
Are these drawings enough for a permit or reconciliation file?
They give a technical basis, but each authority may ask for extra forms or approvals. Check its requirements, and we will confirm what we can prepare before starting.
Does the survey include hidden services?
We record what can be measured or seen. Services inside walls need earlier drawings or a specialist inspection.
Why does the area differ from my contract?
The contract may state a gross area including shared spaces, or an approximate figure. The survey shows the actual net area by measurement.
