Surveying and Contracting in Dammam, Khobar and the Eastern Province
The Eastern Province is the Kingdom’s centre of industry and energy, including Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail and Al-Ahsa. We are preparing to serve its projects with engineering surveys and contracting, with a focus on industrial and residential work.
Ground and projects in Dammam, Khobar and the Eastern Province
The Eastern Province is mostly flat, but sabkha and saline soils are common near the coast, and there is coastal reclamation. Accurate levels and vertical control are essential in design and construction.

How we work in the Kingdom
- ScopeYou send the location and the work or instrument, and we agree the deliverables and coordinate reference.
- Official routeWe explain up front what needs official approval, such as a Balady survey decision, and what can be done directly.
- FieldworkSurvey crews with Total Station and GNSS, or contracting crews, depending on the project.
- DeliveryCAD drawings, point and quantity tables on KSA-GRF17 / UTM, or works handed over to specification.
EL EMAN is preparing to enter the Saudi market and is taking requests now. Work that needs a licence from the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information or a Balady survey decision goes through a classified or accredited engineering office in the Kingdom, and we arrange this clearly with you before starting.
